Sad man having conversation with someoneThere are some people who have difficulties in getting their anger under control. Sometimes, when their outbursts become out of hand, it may greatly affect their behaviors and actions toward the situation, causing possible, unintentional harm to oneself and others.

DHS offers Anger Management Program for individuals who have anger management issues. This program is an ideal resource and proactive approach when one wants to learn how to manage their anger. We have a team of professionals who can help these individuals by teaching how to control of one’s thoughts, gaining understanding of other’s feelings, and using stress management techniques, so they can respond in a rational and proper way when faced with stressful situations.
