That is why we provide social skills training for individuals who are socially anxious but want to make friends; however, they are fearful in reaching out to others. We believe that it is important to practice and develop strong communication skills so they would become a more active member of the community.

As such, our social skills training include: focusing on desirable behavior during social situations, emphasizing in maintaining appropriate behaviors, and generalizing new skills to real-life situations.
